Senior Product Specialist is responsible for innovation product management, conduct or monitor research to gain understanding deeply the market & competitor status, thereby develop and initiate new competitive Advertising Product & Solutions. With strong business-mindset, this role in charge the management of all lifecycle stages from leading ideation, development, packaging for sales and effectiveness report.
What you will do
1. Product research 40%
- Proactively gain understandings of Adtima’s ecosystem (i.e. Zalo, Zing MP3, and Báo Mới …) and its services;
- Lead research initiatives on market trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies (especially in AI-powered lead generation solutions);
- Coordinate with stakeholders (product teams of Zalo ecosystem) to develop prototypes for range of products;
- Work closely with business teams (Sales, Media Planners,...) to package the product with competitive advantages and make it more attractive to clients;
- In charge of partnership integration with external vendors in delivering OMP, PMP campaigns;
- Understand and have up-to-date overview information of the digital advertising market and Adtima’s resources to spot opportunities for new ads products/solutions;
2. Product management and optimization (60%)
- Take ownership of the full product lifecycle — from ideation, development, packaging, go-to-market to performance evaluation;
- Lead and manage a small product team and driving them toward strategic goals and KPIs;
- Monitor development progress and ensure product timelines and specifications are met;
- Track weekly performance, including revenue, delivery metrics, and client satisfaction of launched solutions;
- Partner with Data/AI teams to explore and implement machine learning models in the lead-gen workflow;
- Tackle high-priority initiatives and special projects as assigned by Top Management.
What you will need
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting;
- Solid understanding of digital advertising infrastructure, including how DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges operate;
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail in diagnosing system behavior;
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and translate findings into actionable insights;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment;
- Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working with ad servers or real-time bidding systems;
- Previous involvement in technical operations, product support, or performance engineering within an ad tech environment.
