We are seeking a seasoned UX Writing professional to lead and grow our UX Writer Team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, drive content quality, and ensure a seamless user experience across our digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Design teams to craft clear, user-centric in-app content and maintain consistent standards across all touchpoints. If you're a strong communicator with a passion for UX, a knack for detail, and leadership experience in digital content, we’d love to meet you.
What you will do
- Lead the daily operations of the UX Writer Team, manage team performance, and conduct training programs for members.
- Develop and refine in-app content, including button labels, notifications, tool tips, and confirmation dialogues;
- Ensure consistent and smooth reading experiences for users by creating cohesive content for user journeys and intuitive app interactions.
- Review and edit existing content to align with product standards;
- Represent the UX Writer Team during cross-team collaboration with Product, Tech, and UX Design teams;
- Build and optimize content guidelines and processes to support seamless collaboration.
What you will need
- 5+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content, or related fields with prior leadership experience;
- Strong ability to write clear, concise, and user-focused content;
- Familiar with app ecosystems and a deep understanding of user behavior across digital platforms;
- Excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Experience in Tech and B2C product companies is a plus.
