Job Description
Informa Markets in Vietnam is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi- channel marketing campaigns to drive visitor attractiveness, brand awareness for our flagship B2B exhibitions.
Marketing Strategies & Campaigns
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for each exhibitions, aligned with objectives of exhibitions, audience segments and KPIs.
- Coordinate 360-degree campaigns including: Digital promotions, offline promotions to ensure maximum reach and ROI.
- Continuously analyze campaigns performance and recommend optimizations.
- Manage, measure the effectiveness of official marketing channels of events : website, Social media channels, E-newsletter… aligned with KPIs.
- Work with designers and agencies to design and supervise production of marketing collaterals for events ( video, key visuals, brochures…)
- Recommend ideas for new marketing activities to ensure maximize brand awareness and visitor development.
Database Research
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and build high-qualified database
- Utilize data to conduct marketing campaigns
- Ensure data is regularly updated.
Budget Management
- Work with manager to prepare and manage marketing budgets
- Track and ensure cost – effectiveness delivery of activities.
Partnership and Outreach
- Plan and conduct promotional trip and roadshows
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners to amplify outreach.
Onsite Activities
- Manage onsite marketing activities ( videos, signage, visitor registration, visitor evaluation, content production …
- Overseas supporting team and ensure great visitor journey and positive brand experience.
- Supervise temp staffs ( Briefing for temps , Survey temp staffs) –
- Ensure temp staff obtaining exhibitor and visitor quotes , aligned with KPIs
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
- Preferable Senior Executive experienced in B2B Marketing, Events and Digital Marketing in F&B Hospitality industry.
- Required Skill(s): Excellent communications skills both orally & in writing, meticulous, self-driven with high levels of initiative, multi-task, deliver quality work within tight deadline, self-starter with an analytical and creative mind
- Knowledge and ability with IT systems including core MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
- Preferable Senior Executive knowledgeable in operating Adestra, Eloqua, and other marketing evaluation applications
