Job description
Lead, mentor, and develop sub-teams within Central Operations, including Operations Excellence, Operations Solutions, Payment & Analytics, and Quality Management.
Ensure the highest levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily operations to guarantee seamless and efficient delivery services. Establish and maintain high operational standards to achieve business objectives.
Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operations and enhance service delivery. Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes and reduce costs.
Manage operational budgets and allocate resources effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with regional operations and cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Marketing, and Technology to align operational strategies with company goals.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the company’s interests.
Job requirement
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or other related fields.
Strong knowledge of industries such as E-commerce, Logistics, Fintech, On-demand Logistics, or other relevant sectors.
Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in delivery companies, on-demand logistics, and leading large-scale operations teams.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
High sense of responsibility and commitment to work.
