Zalo is a leading messaging platform in Vietnam with over 70 million regular users. With the rapid growth of businesses in Vietnam, Zalo has launched its Business Messaging Solution (Zalo Notification Service - ZNS), aimed at providing a secure and efficient platform for businesses to communicate with their customers. This solution enables businesses to connect with their customers, share important updates, and provide customer support in a seamless and convenient way.
As the Product Manager for Zalo's ZNS, you will have the opportunity to drive the development and execution of this product, and play a key role in shaping the future of how businesses interact with their customers on Zalo. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and dynamic team, and make a meaningful impact on the leading messaging platforms in Vietnam.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain the product vision and strategy for our B2B messaging product and Zalo Cloud’s Saas, working closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to identify product opportunities and requirements;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, working closely with them to integrate ZNS into their products and services;
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and ensure that the messaging product is differentiated and competitive in the marketplace;
- Define and manage the product lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and ongoing updates and enhancements;
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and pricing for the messaging product.
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields;
- 5+ years of experience in product management, experience in B2B or SaaS is a plus;
- Result oriented, with proven track record of driven new product initiatives that deliver measurable business impact and outcomes;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product and business decisions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders;
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales team;
- Experience with API and product integration is preferred.
