As a Monetization Product Owner at Zalo, you will take ownership of revenue growth for our subscription product lineup. Your mission will be to drive user adoption and engagement, ensuring Zalo not only thrives in a competitive market but also delivers greater value to our diverse users.
What you will do
- Identify potential user segments, uncover user pain points, and spot opportunities to drive subscription growth;
- Lead product development initiatives to optimize user acquisition and improve funnel conversion;
- Design and execute growth experiments, including paywall optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional testing;
- Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, and customer support teams to deliver user-centric monetization features (e.g., paywalls, onboarding flows, upgrade prompts);
- Define, monitor, and report on monetization metrics (acquisition, retention, churn, conversion rates, etc.) and leverage insights to inform product decisions;
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay ahead of monetization trends and best practices;
What you will need
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on monetization or user growth;
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of user segmentation, conversion funnels, and pricing strategies;
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization abilities;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams;
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and data-driven decisionmaking.
