- Identify talent needs in collaboration with functional managers.
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Stay updated with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.

Yêu cầu công việc:

3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with candidates sourcing tools
- Good English communication skills
- Familiar with the local labor market and sourcing for both workers and office staff.
