Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition/ TA Lead to excecute and drive TechX’s end-to-end recruitment operations. This role combines strategic hiring leadership with hands-on execution, and includes the management of a growing TA team.
As a key part of the HRMarcom function, you’ll play a central role in shaping how TechX attracts, engages, and hires top talent — across both business and technical roles. You will also collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to build hiring plans, improve candidate experience, and ensure recruitment success is aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Own full-cycle recruitment for key business units (Tech, Delivery, Customer Engagement, Operations) Including Onboarding, Probation and Offboarding periods.
- Collaborate with HRD & hiring managers to plan recruitment needs and workforce priorities
- Define sourcing strategies, interview processes, and offer approaches
- Ensure candidate experience is consistent, positive, and aligned with TechX culture
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and support two TA Executives
- Provide daily guidance, share recruitment best practices, and help them grow
- Organize weekly syncs and monthly reviews to ensure alignment and execution quality
AI-Driven Recruitment Process
- Use and manage our AI-enabled hiring ecosystem
- Standardize scorecards, playbooks, and sourcing models using AI tools
- Monitor platform adoption and train team members to improve usage
Hiring Operations & Performance Tracking
- Report on hiring progress weekly and monthly: roles opened, filled, time-to-hire, etc.
- Identify bottlenecks and take proactive action to resolve delays
- Ensure structured workflows across all open positions
Employer Branding & Engagement (collab with Marketing)
- Contribute to branding initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn, recognition campaigns)
- Support content and messaging for candidate engagement and events
Key Requirements:
- Passion for recruitment, candidate experience, and continuous improvement
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, including mentorship
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
- Hands-on experience using an ATS (TeamTailor or similar); AI sourcing tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership mindset: structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Fluent in Vietnamese; and English for communication with internal teams
