Primary Duties & Responsibilities
1.Hỗ trợ Kế hoạch sản xuất
2.Hỗ trợ Quản lý sắp xếp nhân sự
3.Hỗ trợ Quản lý kết quả (Yield, productivity, SA…)
4.Hỗ trợ Cập nhật báo cáo đúng tiến độ theo yêu cầu
5.Những công việc khác được giao.
Education & Experience
1.Ứng viên nội bộ: Tốt nghiệp Trung học phổ thông đến Cao đẳng
2.Ứng viên bên ngoài: Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp hoặc Cao đẳng
Skills
1.Có khả năng hiểu và tiếp thu nhanh các qui trình mới
2.Có khả năng hướng dẫn, truyền đạt kiến thức chuyên môn cho người mới.
3.Có khả năng làm báo cáo theo sự hướng dẫn của cấp trên
4.Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, chủ động trong công việc và nhạy bén, linh hoạt trong việc xử lý các tình huống phát sinh trong phạm vi công việc.
5.Có khả năng tương tác giữa các phòng ban
6.Có khả năng sử dụng Microsoft Offfice (Excel, Word, email,…) trong công việc
Working Conditions
1. Làm việc trong môi trường máy lạnh nhiệt độ từ 18-22 độ
2.Đi ca luân phiên hoặc đi hành chính dựa vào sắp sếp công việc của quản lý
Physical Requirements
1.Đáp ứng được sức khỏe đầu vào tại cơ sở y tế của nhà nước
2.Làm việc được trong môi trường lạnh (18-22 độ), không bị các bệnh: viêm xoang, dị ứng hóa chất acetol.
3.Chịu được áp lực cao
