Job Description
- Act as the link between Sales, production, warehouse, and logistics teams for shipment planning.
- Provide the Sales team with regular shipment status updates for customer communication.
- Review incoming orders provided by the Sales team and align shipment plans with production and warehouse schedules.
- Revise shipment schedules when priorities change and ensure all stakeholders are updated promptly
- Schedule shipments based on confirmed order dates, available capacity, and agreed delivery commitments, ensuring shipment instructions are released to the warehouse with sufficient lead time.
- Track all shipments from the planning stage through dispatch to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) performance.
- Monitor OTD metrics, identify risks early, and coordinate with relevant teams to address potential delays.
- Participate in OTD review meetings to align with business delivery targets.
- Work with the Sales team to validate and adjust order priorities based on urgency, contractual obligations, and available inventory.
- Escalate critical delivery risks to management with recommended solutions.
- Participate in daily and weekly planning meetings to synchronize production and shipment plans.
- Suggest improvements to shipment planning processes to enhance OTD performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in shipment planning, order coordination, or supply chain operations.

- Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Good knowledge of planning metrics and shipment planning workflows.
- Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Language: English proficiency (spoken & written) preferred.
