- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the overall marketing and business goals.
- Plan content themes and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Create engaging and relevant content for all major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc).
- Manage post scheduling using social media management tools.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
- Foster a positive and engaging online community.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and traffic.
- Analyse data and user behaviour to adjust content and strategy for better results.
- Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Support cross-functional campaigns with appropriate social media amplification.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Test and suggest new content formats, trends, and engagement tactics.

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Hanoi-based universities) in Communication, Marketing, Creative Arts, Foreign Languages, Economics, or other relevant majors
- Proficiency in English for both verbal and written communication.
- Passion for games and understanding of gaming culture.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends.
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
- Creative thinker with an eye for content that drives engagement.
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights.
- Proficient in Meta’s native tools, including Business Suite and Ads Manager, as well as equivalent tools across other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut) is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
