The Supply Planning Analyst is the owner of analytics and reporting for the Supply Planning team. They are responsible for driving the adoption of Supply Planning Analytics practices and uses data to accelerate key business outcomes. They are the owner of the supply tracking and support the business needs with scenario planning, ad hoc analysis and can run a task force when asked. They can get the correct information from the relevant stakeholders, consolidate data from multiple sources, and be able to clearly communicate their interpretation. They are always on the lookout of ways to do things better and have a deep interest in the future of analytics and how it can elevate Supply Planning efficiency and performance
Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key supply planning KPIs such as capacity booking and Open-to-Buy (OTB)
- Analyze supply planning performance, including capacity utilization, delays, and material safety stock, and escalate risks as needed
- Monitor and assess OTB progression against budget, ensuring efficiency in MOQ and size/product availability
- Translate complex supply data into actionable insights to support planners and cross-functional decisions.
- Identify trends and risks through data-driven analysis and propose continuous improvement opportunities
- Collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy, resolve supply issues, and align reporting logic across systems
- Implement advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance planning capabilities and decision-making quality
- Drive tool and process improvements, including planning tool enhancements, data visualization, and documentation of methodologies
Your profile
- Degree in Business, Financial Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain management (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Structured, organized and process orientated way of working
- Strong communication and lateral leadership skills
- Global and proactive mindset striving for continuous improvement in the E2E process
- Strong knowledge in Power BI wizard, DAX, M, python and SQL
- Fluent in English
