RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Steer and monitor approved job postings across various online channels.
  • Coordinate with candidates and the hiring team for test and interview arrangements.
  • Actively search for and approach potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline, under the guidance of the team.
  • Timely and accurately update recruitment status and candidate data in HRS’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
  • Undergraduate background in Human Resources, Economics, Business, or related fields
  • Full-time availability (5 days a week)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Ability to make initial recruiting/screening calls to support the recruitment team
  • Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment coordination
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment
  • Good time management skills
  • Eyes for details, heart for improvement and motivation to conquer all difficulties.
