What you will do
- Develop and implement mid- to long-term talent acquisition strategies and plan aligned with Zalo growth objectives;
- Partner with Hiring Managers from Engineering, Product, and Business teams, etc to deeply understand hiring needs and advise on tailored recruitment approaches;
- Optimize sourcing channels and tools build a strong pipeline;
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics and propose improvements;
- Plan and monitor the recruitment budget to ensure cost-effectiveness;
- Manage the Talent Acquisition team.
What you will need
- Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business, IT or relevant degree;
- 8+ years in talent acquisition related roles, preferably in the Internet/ Gaming/ Fintech/ E-commerce industry;
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; proven ability to build relationships with both stakeholders and candidates;
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.
