Role Overview
We are seeking a Fullstack Developer with DevOps expertise to design and maintain our custom HubSpot-based CRM ecosystem, build frontend inflows for model and client onboarding, and oversee the integration and optimisation of various business technologies.
The Technology & Innovation Manager will:
- Lead the customisation and buildout of our CRM tailored to talent management workflows.
- Develop frontend inflows and portals (applications, onboarding workflows, dashboards) that seamlessly integrate with backend systems.
- Acting in a DevOps capacity, managing integrations, automation, security, and optimisation of our business tech stack.
This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who can also architect and manage technical infrastructure while working closely with leadership to ensure systems scale with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot CRM Development & Customisation
- Build and customise HubSpot CRM pipelines for talent acquisition, talent management (CRM), brand deal management, PR tracking, and performance reporting
- Develop custom APIs and integrations between HubSpot and external platforms (social media, streaming platforms, Restful APIs, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Automate workflows to streamline data synchronisation, reporting, and notifications
Frontend Development (Inflows & Dashboards)
- Develop web-based user-facing portals and inflows for model onboarding, application forms, and client submissions
Build internal dashboards for model performance (e.g., streaming data, revenue analytics, KPI tracking) - Ensure responsive, secure, and intuitive UI/UX that aligns with agency needs for internal and external purposes
DevOps & Infrastructure
Manage and optimise cloud hosting, storage, and server environments (AWS, GCP, or equivalent), and SaaS solutions- Set up CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies
Maintain security standards, access management, and compliance protocols - Integrate and manage third-party SaaS tools used across departments (automation, finance, content management, etc.)
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work with Talent Services, Talent Management, QA, and third-party teams to understand workflow needs and translate them into tech solutions
- Work with the Chief Operating Officer to develop a scalable systems roadmap
- Provide technical documentation and training to staff on new tools or features
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Fullstack Development (frontend + backend), with some team leadership experience.
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Vue, Node.js, Python, or equivalent frameworks
- Proven experience customising HubSpot CRM (custom objects, workflows, APIs, reporting), or similar CRM solution
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth, SSO, and third-party integrations
- DevOps background with AWS, GCP, or Azure (infrastructure, CI/CD, security, scaling)
Database knowledge (SQL, NoSQL, Firebase, or similar) - Familiarity with data visualisation libraries and dashboard development
Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills - Strong communication skills, able to work across departments in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with streaming or subscription platforms integrations
- Knowledge of HubSpot CMS or similar CRM-linked frontend frameworks
- Experience with business intelligence dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
- Familiarity with privacy and compliance relating to DRMA and regional data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, PDPA, PIPL, etc).
