We're on the hunt for a TikTok Shop Influencer Manager– a visionary who can orchestrate symphonies of influence that resonate with our audience and drive serious results on TikTok Shop. What You'll Do:

• Influence Architect: You'll design and build influencer strategies that aren't just good; they're iconic. Think big campaigns, product launches that break the internet, and promotions that have everyone talking (and buying!).
• Talent Scout Extraordinaire: You'll have an eye for talents You'll identify the TikTok creators who get our brand, vibe with our audience, and have that special spark that turns followers into fans.
• Campaign Conductor: You'll be the manager of influencer campaigns, from the first spark of an idea to the final curtain call. You'll craft creative briefs that inspire, manage timelines like a boss, and ensure every detail is pitch-perfect.
• Relationship Rockstar: You'll build relationships with influencers that are more than just transactional. You'll be their go-to guru, their biggest supporter, and their partner in creating content that's authentic and impactful.
• Dealmaker Dynamo: You'll negotiate partnerships that are a win-win-win: for the influencer, for our brand, and for our bottom line. You'll handle contracts, budgets, and deliverables with finesse and flair.
• Content Curator: You'll have a keen eye for quality, ensuring that every piece of influencer-generated content is on-brand, on-message, and ready to slay on TikTok Shop.
• Data Decoder: You'll dive deep into the data, uncovering what's working, what's not, and how to make our influencer campaigns even more effective. You'll turn insights into action and prove the power of influence.
• Trend Hunter: You'll be on the cutting edge of TikTok trends, influencer marketing innovations, and emerging technologies, always looking for the next big opportunity.
• Cross-Functional Collaborator: You'll work hand-in-hand with our social media gurus, marketing masterminds, and sales superstars to ensure our influencer efforts are seamlessly integrated and amplify our overall brand story.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field is a plus.
• 2-3+ years of experience in the influencer marketing arena, with a focus on TikTok Shop or social commerce preferred.
• A portfolio of successful influencer campaigns that prove you know how to drive results.
• Understands the platform's ecosystem
• Knowledgeable of influencer marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
• Communication and interpersonal skills are off the charts – you can connect with anyone, anywhere.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can juggle multiple projects with ease.
