Responsibilities
1. Seller training:
- Develop and define the training strategy, execution framework, and learning curriculum to build seller capabilities for successful onboarding and growth on TikTok Shop
- Identify business-critical learning needs to deliver the external and internal training roadmap.
- Work closely with internal industry-specific teams and stakeholders, to become a subject matter expert on TikTok Shop Seller operations, and consult with key category stakeholders to deliver effective training programs
- Define and deliver content for internal and external training programs across various mediums, from in-person workshops/programs to training videos and other materials offered via digital curriculums
- Facilitate collaboration and information-sharing among different teams and stakeholders within TikTok and external businesses to provide up-to-date information and developments. Ensure effective knowledge transfer and education evaluation feedback to optimise training programs continuously
- Set up a measurement framework to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of these programs on seller performance
2. Education projects:
- Collaboration with Seller Engagement and relevant stakeholders to deliver TikTok Shop knowledge to sellers in all engagement activities
- Initiate new formats of education activity to maximize sellers' comprehension
- Be the key point of contact to leverage external trainers' capacity in all formats of training
- Weekly reporting and post-analysis of programs/sentiment monitoring
