What you will do
- Responsible for ensuring that all services are provided in accordance with current policies & procedures;
- Assess potential risks to the platform, develop risk mitigation strategies;
- Manage, recruit and build processes and tools for the moderation department;
- Participate in building and implementing community policies.
What you will need
- 3+ years of experience in this position or related field;
- 1+ years of experience in a Team Leader role;
- Deep understanding of online safety issues, especially in the social media space;
- Ability to lead, manage and develop a team of staff;
- Experience in product development or familiarity with business analysis in products is an advantage;
- Use measurement tools, and build indicators to evaluate work performance.
