General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across global entities to ensure efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including Operations, Compliance, HR, Finance, and Customer Service
• Drive strategic initiatives, digital transformation, and operational scalability across the global fintech ecosystem
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies, financial targets, and performance metrics
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization across departments
• Ensure consistent compliance with international financial regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, MSB, EMI, MAS, PSD2)
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, risk management frameworks, and internal control systems
• Oversee client lifecycle management including onboarding, transaction processing, customer support, and dispute resolution
• Evaluate and implement fintech platforms and tools to improve operational capacity and digital service delivery
• Serve as the primary liaison with external stakeholders including regulators, banking partners, vendors, and auditors
• Monitor business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery planning to ensure resilience and regulatory readiness
• Prepare and deliver reports and strategic updates to the Board of Directors and key shareholders

Yêu cầu công việc:

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in operations leadership within fintech, banking, or financial institutions.
• At least 5 years of executive-level management experience, with a strong track record in strategic planning and people leadership.
• Solid knowledge of digital banking systems, compliance, AML/KYC frameworks, and fintech tools is required.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing platform management and analytics tools. Solid experience with Google Marketing products and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is preferred.
• Must have a finance background or prior experience working at one of the Big Four firms in Vietnam (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) in a Director or Senior Manager role.
• High-level skills in operational excellence, decision-making, stakeholder communication, as well as risk and change management.
• A strategic, agile, and detail-oriented mindset with a strong entrepreneurial drive and focus on delivering outcomes.
• Proficiency in English is essential. Additional language skills (e.g., Chinese) are a plus.
