• • Produce and edit video content from concept to completion, including filming, cutting, and assembling footage.

  • Develop various video formats, such as advertising clips, viral content, product introductions, and descriptive videos.

  • Execute scene setups, encompassing shooting layout, subject arrangement, and lighting design.

  • Innovate and create new video content ideas that resonate with current trends and organizational strategy.

  • Perform comprehensive post-production tasks, including editing, visual effects, sound design, and color correction/grading.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other relevant departments to support brand building and development.

  • Manage and archive all video and image assets systematically.

  • Design supplementary visual assets such as thumbnails, posters, and social media graphics.

  • Sản xuất và chỉnh sửa video từ ý tưởng đến hoàn thiện, bao gồm quay, cắt ghép và dựng hình.

  • Phát triển nhiều định dạng video: TVC quảng cáo, clip viral, video giới thiệu sản phẩm, video mô tả.

  • Thực hiện setup cảnh quay: bố cục khung hình, sắp xếp đối tượng, thiết kế ánh sáng.

  • Sáng tạo ý tưởng video mới theo xu hướng và chiến lược công ty.

  • Thực hiện hậu kỳ: dựng phim, hiệu ứng hình ảnh, âm thanh, chỉnh màu & grading.

  • Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận Marketing và các phòng ban liên quan để xây dựng thương hiệu.

  • Quản lý, lưu trữ có hệ thống toàn bộ dữ liệu video & hình ảnh.

  • Thiết kế tài liệu hình ảnh bổ trợ: thumbnail, poster, graphic cho mạng xã hội.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Video Producer/Editor or in a related role.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in filming techniques and operation of professional filming equipment.

  • Expertise in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Solid understanding of color balance and color grading principles.

  • Strong visual storytelling ability, including logical thinking regarding imagery, camera angles, lighting, and composition.

  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • High level of enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and the capacity to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm Video Producer/Editor hoặc vị trí tương tự.

  • Thành thạo kỹ thuật quay dựng và sử dụng thiết bị quay chuyên nghiệp.

  • Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm dựng phim (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) và phần mềm thiết kế đồ họa (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Hiểu rõ nguyên tắc cân bằng màu và grading màu.

  • Khả năng kể chuyện bằng hình ảnh tốt, tư duy logic về góc quay, ánh sáng và bố cục.

  • Có thể làm việc độc lập cũng như phối hợp nhóm hiệu quả.

  • Nhiệt huyết, ham học hỏi và chịu được áp lực deadline.
