This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of warehouse operations in accordance with established rules and procedures, while maintaining a high level of customer service quality.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Ensure all assigned warehouse operations are effectively planned, coordinate, implement and controlled to achieve expected targets
Establish and maintain proper SOPs and Work Instructions (WIs) for inbound, outbound, stock control, transportation, and both ad hoc and regular service monitoring across all assigned operations to meet or exceed customer KPIs
Monitor, evaluate, report, and analyze operational performance regularly to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives
Proactively propose innovative and green solutions to support site targets, and lead at least one KAIZEN initiative per year
Develop and maintain staff and organizational development programs that ensure adequate training, succession planning, skill enhancement, and improved departmental efficiency and capability. Achieve annual training hour targets
Maintain compliance with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (QHSE) standards. Prepare for and liaise with internal and external auditors during QHSE audits
Ensure customer billing and invoicing adhere to the defined billing cycle, and that all costs and revenues are recorded promptly in the financial system
Provide support for solution design and warehouse outsourcing procurement tasks, if assigned
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain with minimum 3 years related logistics experiences.
At least 3 years of industry experience preferred in warehousing, transport, export-import, or supply chain
Warehouse Management System, Excel, LEAN Methodology

Professional Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork
