主要职责
- 全面管理跨多种运输方式（空运、海运、公路或铁路）的国际货运，确保及时高效地交付
- 与客户、承运商及第三方物流供应商协调合作，确保货物顺利流转
- 在数字平台上维护最新且准确的数据，让客户随时了解货运状态
- 监控货运进度，主动应对延误或中断问题，以确保客户满意度
- 制作并审核所有必要的运输文件，包括航空运单, 公路提单、海运提单及其他与运输方式相关的文件，以满足监管和客户要求
- 与客户进行清晰及时的沟通，提供更新信息、问题解决方案，并回应询问
- 确保所有运输方式均符合国际运输法规及公司政策
- 识别优化操作流程的机会，提升客户的供应链效率
- 与内部团队协作，解决问题、提升服务质量，并提供卓越的客户体验
- 就客户运营提供洞察和反馈，助力制定具有竞争优势的供应链战略。
