Responsibility
We are looking for an engineer who can play an active role as a manager in the future with a view to expanding the organization in the future.
- Installation, maintenance, and inspection of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
- Project progress management, quality control, and safety management
- Technical meetings with customers (with Japanese supervisor), proposals
- Guidance and training of team members
- Reporting to Japanese management
- Travel required depending on the project.
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
- Language: English or Japanese - Intermediate Level
- Experience:
+ At least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer experience
+ Experience in leading or managing a team
<Prefer Requirements>
- Experience in refrigeration engineer
- Experience working for a Japanese company
- Knowledge and experience in HVAC or clean room-related field
