- Create props and modular pieces (walls, floors, crates...) under supervision.
- Perform UVs and simple texture assignments.
- Model full environments based on layout blockout or concept.
- Design modular kits and trim sheets for reusability.
- Create PBR materials, Use vertex painting, decals, and mesh blending in engine (if applicable).
- Collaborate with lighting and level design to achieve gameplay-readiness.
- Drive vision for worldbuilding, environmental tone, and immersion.
- Align art goals with tech constraints (mobile, console, open world...).
- Direct integration of lighting, VFX, and props into unified level pipelines.
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure game readability, performance, and style coherence.
- Utilize AI tools to speed up modeling, retopology, and texture generation (e.g., AI UV unwrap, Smart Materials, Generative Textures).
- Integrate AI-based procedural tools into DCC software Collaborate with Tech Art to build automated system Define and lead the AI strategy for 3D workflows across the studio.
- Collaborate with designers, programmers, and other artists to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into the game Maintain a consistent art style and quality across all projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in 3D art.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Design, or a related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of AI tools for art creation is a plus
- Strong understanding of 3D art fundamentals (modeling, texturing, lighting, etc.)
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer)
Experience creating 3D assets for games, including characters, environments, and props
- Familiarity with game development pipelines and workflows Ability to adapt to different art styles and project requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration/ownership/commitment skills
