Mô tả công việc:

a) Accounting and book keeping

• Record general accounting transactions (revenue, expenses, debts, fixed assets, warehouses, etc.).
• Compare and check accounting data (debts, funds, banks).

b) Prepare financial statements and management reports

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to regulations.

c) Tax management and legal compliance

• Prepare and submit tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.) on time.
• Monitor and update new legal regulations on accounting and taxes.
• Support year-end tax settlement.

d) Cost and budget management

• Control costs, monitor budgets according to approved plans.

e) Manage administrative and HR work (Salary, Social Insurance, PIT).

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Qualifications: University degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting position, priority given to those who have worked as general accountants.
• Knowledge:
• Understanding of accounting standards, tax laws and related regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Misa, Fast, SAP...) and MS Excel.
• Skills:
• Data analysis, reporting.
• Careful, honest, able to work independently.
• Priority: Female - Having a chief accountant certificate, good at English.
