Responsibilities
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoice verification, data entry, and reconciliation (All tasks related payable and receivable account)
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Check payment request to ensure correctness, complied with internal policies and rules and in accordance with Tax, Accounting, and other regulations and posting accounting software
- Ensure all payments are processed on time per company schedule
- Bank reconciliation activities to ensure that bank statements align with company records
- Other duties as instructed by Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant professional fields
- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Experience in using Misa software is a plus
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, analytical and logical thinking abilities
- Honest, responsible, careful, and focus on detail
