Accounting Supervisor (Chief Accountant Certificate)

We are hiring Accounting Supervisor for Japanese Manufacturing company
Location: District 7 HCM -> Ben Luc Long An (from 2026)
Pickup bus: Nguyen Van Linh, District 7
Report to Japanese Manager

MAIN TASKS:

• Oversee and manage all activities of the accounting department, including general accounting, cost accounting, tax accounting, and other accounting areas.
• Financial Reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements)
• Develop budget plans & monitor budget implementation
• Tax Management
• Cask flow management
• Team Management (recruiting, training & developing accounting team)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Chief Accountant certificate (CPA, ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in manufacturing company
• In-depth knowledge of VAS and IFRS
• Strong management, leadership, financial analysis, and communication skills
• English: Upper - intermediate (must)
