JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for smooth processing/ handling of Trade Finance transactions as assigned by the T. Demonstrate high level of accuracy and understanding levels of the transactions. Assist Tin overall activities of the team. Responsible for preparing and sharing various required for the department. Coordinate with for smooth conduct of transactions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
In charge of process/ execute daily operation including but not limieted to all types of trade finance transaction bellow as per procedures:
Trade Finance Operation:
- Import letter of credit (L/C) including issuance and amendment, ..etc
- Import Bill Receivable (with L/C).
- Import Bill Collection Receivable (without L/C).
- Export L/C & amendment advise, confirmation.
- Collection of Export Bill with L/C and without L/C
- Negotiation of Export Bill with L/C and without L/C
- Domestic LC discounting Non-Recourse and Vendor finance B/E discounting.
- Trade Loan including FI trade loan, Account receivable, Payable Finance, ..etc
- Guarantee, SBLC, shipping guarantee
Others :
- Preparation of related reports including but not limited to the State Bank of Vietnam, the HO, the Management, ..etc
- Other tasks and services as required by Department Head
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- Sound knowledge of Trade Finance operation and banking products in particular export, import, Letter of Credit, Standby Letter of Credit and Guarantee, trade loan ..etc.
- Good knowledge of ICC requirements latest version (UCP, ISBP, URR, URC, Incotern,....)
- Good understanding of international payment methods.
- Good interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with others.
- Be careful , have the team work spirit, have good communication skills, finish all the assigned tasks on or before deadline.
- Well-organized, logical thinking, Dynamic and competency for working under pressure.
- University graduate in relevant fields (banking, finance, foreign trade, economics.)
- Comply with company Code of conduct
- Strong PC skills (MS Office) and Good English
At least 3 year of experience in Trade Finance operation in Banking industry.
