1. Sales Planning & Budgeting
- Forecast sales targets and set KPIs by Agency channel, region, and segment.
- Build and manage budgets related to sales incentives and business promotion programs.
2. Policy Development & Deployment
- Design and manage incentive schemes including commission, bonuses, contests, and performance-based rewards.
- Customize and align business policies with both internal stakeholders and the external insurance market.
- Ensure policies comply with internal governance and market regulations.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor the effectiveness of the business strategy.
- Analyze sales performance data combined with market research to provide insights and early warnings on underperformance or risks.
- Prepare regular reports for management on sales trends, policy performance, and territory efficiency.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with AD, Marketing, Operations, and IT to ensure the smooth deployment of policies.
- Support training and communication to the sales force and related departments on new policies and programs.
Yêu cầu công việc
1 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Insurance, Business Administration or related fields.
2. Experience:
- 2–3 years in business planning, incentive program design, or sales operations within the life insurance industry.
- Experience working with insurance partners and cross-functional teams is a plus.
3. Skills and Competencies:
- Strong data analysis and business planning skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL or Power BI is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
