We are looking for an experienced Agility Master with a strong Lean and outcome-oriented approach and a broad Agile experience to drive and scale our engineering teams. This is a hybrid role: it combines the responsibilities of an Agile Coach and a Release Train Engineer. Our teams use various agile methodologies from Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and adapted versions of existing scaling frameworks.
As an Agility Master, you enable the continuous delivery of our product and customer solutions. You actively use agentic AI and GPTs to leverage your expert knowledge within the agile teams. Leveraging their performance and value contribution by facilitating improvements in their agile practices and workflows, and by mentoring junior Scrum Masters to foster a culture of continuous improvement You are responsible for facilitating the resolution of risks and impediments within the engineering teams and contributing to the learning journey together with our people leaders.
- Lead-Agile Practices: Own and facilitate agile values, rituals, and continuous improvement activities to drive outcome-focused delivery and team maturity.
- Coach and Support Team Junior Scrum Masters: Coach junior Scrum Masters on agile theory, practices, and mindset to enable self-organization, self-management, and cross-functionality
- Drive Transparency and Performance: Establish clear performance indicators, OKRs, and ensure visibility into planning, delivery quality, and team accountability.
- Lead AI and Toolchain Adoption: Promote AI-driven predictability, establish outcome and data-first mindset, and cost-efficient workflows across the organization.
- Enable Organizational Agility: Coach the broader organization in agile transformation, collaborating with stakeholders and other Agility Masters to align, synchronize, and empower decision-making.
What do you bring in?
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience applying Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Management) across diverse software product organizations, with strong coaching and communication skills.
- Solid technical understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD, cloud/on-prem operations, and quality management.
- Expertise in tools supporting product delivery, including AI/GPTs, dashboards, wikis, and analytics.
- Strong English communication skills with cultural fluency in European and Asian work environments.
- Results-driven mindset, collaborative problem-solver, and a can-do attitude.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with AI, Python, and Jira is a strong asset.
