Specific Responsibilities Would Include:
Support the Country Director to manage routine office administration and operations, ensure compliance with policies, and follow corporate HR direction to independently execute HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and employee benefit programs in Vietnam and Cambodia. Office administration (Vietnam & Cambodia)- Ensure smooth office operations, including health & safety, hygiene, telecommunication services (SIM card plans, fixed lines, and IDD service), and facilities maintenance.
- Handle central procurement, including office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Liaise and coordinate with external vendors and service providers regarding office and finance matters.
- Liaise with the finance team for bill payment and reimbursement processes.
- Coordinate with building management for activities such as fire drills and cleaning services.
- Handle receptionist duties, including receiving couriers and welcoming visitors to the office.
- Gather information and complete regular data entry, reports, and PowerPoint presentations for business analytics and leadership insights.
- Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of office and business SOPs.
- Distribute internal and supplier communications, letters, and notices.
- Coordinate regular operational workshops, staff meetings, and training sessions.
- Schedule meetings and accurately record minutes as required.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures, monitoring their enforcement to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
- Execute HR operations and new initiatives based on corporate guidelines.
- Support recruitment processes, including phone screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and facilitating onboarding for new employees.
- Handle employee relations and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive environment during periods of change.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:
Additional Requirements- Tertiary education in Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline
- At least 6 years of experience in HR and office administration in multinational organizations.
- Knowledge of employee relations, HR/legal/regulatory issues, and applicable labor laws.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Result-oriented, patient, a go-to person, and a good team player.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
