The Assistant Sales Manager cum E-commerce is responsible for supporting overall sales efforts while managing and optimizing the company’s online sales channels.
Sales Management (Offline):
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and key partners.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality.
- Manage and update product listings, content, and promotions.
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and propose actions.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and customer service.
- Liaise with logistics and internal teams.
- Prepare regular reports on performance.
- Analyze customer behavior and provide insights.
- Support budgeting and forecasting.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales/e-commerce.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good English skills.
- Full-time
- May require occasional travel or weekend work.
