JOB SUMMARY:
Savills Vietnam is a leading real estate services provider and a pioneer in property management services in Vietnam with 30 years presence. We are establishing a new Industrial Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Services business line and are seeking a motivated professional to play a key role in supporting building this new department in a high-growth market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business Development Administration
- Prepare draft proposals and presentations.
- Organize the Industrial IFM databases and C3 CRM.
- Conduct market research.
- Support Head of Industrial IFM with networking & events, as needed.
- Liaise with Marketing to promote Savills IFM services.
2. Costing & Budgeting
- Support with cost estimations & pricing models.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for comprehensive data analysis & reporting.
- Liaise with Finance for invoices, expenses, payment records.
3. Client Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & partners.
- Arranging meetings with clients & prospects (online & offline meetings).
- Help finalise NDAs & standard service contracts with clients for signing.
4. Operational & Administrative Support
- Assist with all administrative tasks.
- SharePoint document & folder management.
- Ensuring consistent updates to databases, C3 and SharePoint documents.
- Other paperwork to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
5. Ad-hoc support
- Arranging site visits and booking cars.
- Arrange site visits as necessary e.g., car booking, visit schedules, etc.
- Organise travel arrangements for team e.g., book flights & hotels.
- Assist with Vietnamese & English translation as needed.
6. Departmental Growth
- Actively contributes to strategic planning and operational efficiency, with a unique opportunity for professional development and growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a service provider role.
- Background in the industrial or real estate sector (preferably).
- Extremely organized with a high sense of responsibility.
- Business development-oriented with communication & relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proactive, energetic, and motivated to build a new business line from the ground up.
