As a Brand Partnerships Management, Associate Executive at Tiki, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic brand partnerships and innovative marketing solutions.
You will work closely with the commercial team to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns, negotiate deals, and build strong relationships with top brands.


RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Brand Partnerships:
  • Identify and cultivate strategic brand partnerships that align with Tiki's business objectives.
  • Negotiate and close marketing deals that meet or exceed revenue targets, including package deals and media solutions.
  • Develop and execute effective onsite advertising campaigns, from planning and implementation to measurement and optimization.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize brand partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular check-ins.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with category teams, campaign & onsite teams and product teams to develop comprehensive marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with brand and agency teams to ensure smooth operation and avoid disruptions in campaign execution.
  • Participate in key meetings with top sellers and brands to build strong relationships and gather valuable insights.


REQUIREMENTS
1. Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in brand partnerships, business development, or advertising sales.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing accounts or sales teams in media agencies or publishers.
  • Experience in e-commerce or marketing is a plus.
  • A passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
2. Professional and Soft Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, communication skills, and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Result-oriented and dedicated to meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Digital marketing knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Critical thinking and an open mindset.
