Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. About the Team:
Influencer Marketing team (also known as KOL team) is in Marketing - Communication team. We develop strategies and implement plans to promote SPX campaigns through Social Media channels or influence of Influencers (Celebrities; KOL)
Job Description:
- Develop plan, implement activities, manage project & reporting of marketing campaigns through celebrity & influencer’s channels
- Campaign Management: follow multiple campaigns and projects with excellent attention about KPIs and benchmarks to measure campaign success
- Brief and manage direct working process with Influencers/ KOL agency to make sure getting output on time with quality as expected
- Constantly manage relationship with important channels’ owner to explore potential partnership
- Work closely with Campaign team/Brands Partnership/ Business Develop Team/ KOL agency in a fast-pace environment to execute relevant tasks
- Always has many ideas, back-up plan to follow the trends on social media
- On-site management of KOLs during livestream productions to ensure smooth coordination and performance.
- Leverage AI tools to support content creation, briefs, campaign reports, and data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Graduated from University and have at least 2 years experienced in influencers marketing
- Have good understanding of Social Media & Influencer’s landscape
- Good Communication & Negotiation Skill
- Creative, proactive in updating trends and knowledge in social media, influencers & social networking
- Good at Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, Word, Google spreadsheet, Google Slide)
- Proactive, Disciplined, Careful, Diligent, Responsible
- Able to work in a fast-pace working environment with tight deadline
- Familiar with Shipping /Delivery app or Ecommerce, especially with SPX is a strong plus
- Good command of English in Reading, Writing & Speaking
