(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)PwC Vietnam is seeking an entry-level BDMC Associate based in Hanoi. This role provides development opportunities to learn, support, and implement business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should be familiar with digital marketing channels, event organising, and have strong writing and presentation skills. A natural interest in Gen AI tools and technology will be a strong added advantage.

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Event management - Provide support to the event management team in planning and executing successful events
a. Logistics & vendor liaison: Assist with event logistics, coordinate with vendors, prepare event materials and communications, and manage event databases.
b. In-event coordination & support: Provide on-site event coordination, including registration, attendee management and supporting the event lead.
2. Profiling firm & services - Expand audience reach and encourage audience engagement:
a. Website, email marketing: Use website/email marketing tool for data analysis to help improve user experience; recommend content improvements that meet changing business needs, work with web administrator to come up with ways to drive traffic
b. Media: Prepare and distribute press releases and other PR contents; address inquiries from the media and other parties; support to build positive relationships with stakeholders, media and the public.
c. Internal communications: Promote events and other relevant newsletters to internal audience
3. Brand positioning - Apply PwC brand guidelines to communicate ideas that will inform or captive relevant audience
a. Use images or graphics to convey message: Brochures, proposal templates, presentations, publications, flyers, standees, posters, event materials etc (in both Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint)
b. Develop concepts for marketing campaigns: Events, advertisements, etc.
4. Other administrative tasks
a. Contact / Database management: Manage and update contact details and prepare related reports;
b. Support branded merchandise, stock management, follow payment processes and other admin tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Background: Business degree majoring in Marketing, Communications and other relevant degrees.
- Experience: Fresh graduate or 1-2 year(s) of experience in the field of marketing or a similar role
- Desired skills:
- High energy and likes to help others
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Fluent in spoken and written business English
- Proficient in Google Office Suite, Photoshop / Illustrator skills, PowerPoint and Excel
- Basic photography skills are required
- Ability to multi-task and think strategically
- Strong organisational skills and able to work proactively
- Any digital marketing or Google AdWords/Analytics certifications is a bonus
- Interested in and/or have experience in utilising AI and new technologies is a bonus
