As a Product Operations Executive, you’ll be at the heart of one of Zalopay’s most dynamic initiatives: executing and scaling gamified growth campaigns that reach millions of users. This role is not just operational — it’s part strategic, part product-driven, and part execution-focused.
You will own the setup and lifecycle of game-based campaigns (stamp, lucky draw, leaderboard, etc.), requiring strong expertise in internal promotion tools, high attention to detail, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
You will also contribute to the long-term development of gameplay logic and campaign mechanics, stepping into responsibilities traditionally owned by a Product Owner. This makes it an ideal position for those seeking to grow into product leadership.

Campaign Setup & Execution

What You Will Do
Campaign Setup & Execution
- Operate and configure complex game campaign flows (missions, milestones, rewards, leaderboards) in Zalopay's internal promotion systems.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to translate campaign mechanics into detailed system configurations.
- Ensure accurate execution of all game logic: eligibility rules, reward conditions, randomization, redemption caps, and rollback handling.
Growth & Gameplay Planning Support
- Assist Product Owners in designing new game schemes, exploring user engagement mechanics, and validating assumptions through operational data.
- Help structure experiment design (A/B test conditions, reward tiers, timing windows).
- Maintain documentation of game logic libraries and re-usable schemes.
Others
- Work closely with Product, QE, Data, and Marketing to align on launch timelines, go-live checks, and campaign goals. Provide real-time monitoring and troubleshooting support during campaign rollout.

- Bachelor degree in Finance, MKT & Business.
- At least 1 year of experience working within team at e-wallet industry, promotion or banking industry.
- Good understanding of online payment industry issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows-based business computers an Microsoft Office programs; specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint.
