What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end B2B sales pipeline — from prospecting to onboarding.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to win new mid-to-large clients in key verticals
- Pitch our offerings with clarity, energy, and data-backed confidence
- Navigate complex decision-making processes across enterprise or marketplace accounts
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience
- Track performance using CRM tools and OKRs
- Provide input into go-to-market strategy based on market insights
- Help build and refine scalable B2B sales playbooks for global expansion
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in B2B or E-commerce with a passion for customer relations
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills — both written and verbal
- Highly self-driven with a hunter mindset
- CRM-obsessed (Hubspot/Salesforce or similar)
- Bonus: Experience in print-on-demand, or digital marketplaces
- Advanced knowledge of the English language, written and spoken
- Resilient & adaptable: You navigate challenges with a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies
