TASKS & DUTIES
Qualifications:
- Provide technical and professional support from Head Office to the field supervision team as proposed by the Team Leader; ensure complex technical issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- As required by PMB3, inspect construction structures, select types, geometric parameters, characteristics, equipment specifications, etc.
- Provide strategic advice on planning, risk management and process optimization; Adjust project strategies to achieve efficiency goals.
- SSC must have a detailed list of Supporting Experts at the Head Office. Mobilization is based on actual situation.

Qualifications:
- Highly specialized personnel, suitable for actual work requirements.
- SSC must arrange specialized personnel and calculation tools suitable for actual work requirements.

- Extensive experience and expertise in the relevant technical and engineering domains.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with the field supervision team.
- Proficiency in using specialized software and tools for construction design, planning, and optimization.
- Ability to provide strategic guidance on project management, risk mitigation, and process improvement.

Adaptability to work in a dynamic project environment and respond to changing requirements.
- Advanced degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting large-scale construction projects.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience in a similar role within the construction or infrastructure sector.
