【Macao Company Hiring Vietnamese】We are hiring Vietnamese team members to join our Macao-based venue!
- Fluency in spoken English is required
- Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
- Open to applicants without a Macao visa – This position qualifies for Macao work visa application
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient venue management
- Lead and motivate the team to meet business goals and maintain high service standards
- Handle staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Collaborate with internal teams and upper management to optimize workflows
- Address customer feedback, manage on-site issues, and resolve problems swiftly
- Support the execution of marketing strategies and promotional events
- Prepare operational reports and provide insights to improve performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in hospitality and F&B
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in staff supervision and customer service management
- Fluent in spoken English
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and flexible work schedule
Compensation:
- Salary: USD 1,500 or above per month
- Housing allowance
- Tips, sales bonus & commission
