Sáp Coffee is seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in coffee preparation techniques and possess strong interpersonal skills to engage with our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages and other drinks in accordance with our quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order.
- Provide a high level of customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and handling transactions efficiently.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our menu and be able to answer customer questions confidently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a cohesive workflow.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Barista is preferred.
- A strong passion for coffee and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and order.
