• Build, optimize, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Translate stakeholder needs into real-time analytics and visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy and smooth integration across multiple sources.
• Drive performance, scalability, and usability in reporting solutions.
• Lead training sessions for internal teams on Power BI tools and techniques.
• Stay ahead of Power BI trends and apply best practices.
• Design and roll out AI solutions using Microsoft services (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI).
• Identify high-impact AI applications across operations and customer journeys.
• Develop and fine-tune machine learning models for business intelligence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI into existing systems.
• Promote responsible AI—data privacy, fairness, and transparency come first.
• Monitor AI models post-deployment and improve performance over time.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Hands-on experience in BI development and AI deployment.
• Strong command of Power BI (Desktop, Service, DAX, SQL).
• Background in data modeling, ETL pipelines, and system integration.
• Proven skills in Microsoft Azure AI services.
• Proficiency in Python (data analytics, machine learning).
• Bonus if you have MLOps exposure or experience deploying models at scale.
• Clear communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Microsoft certifications (Power BI, Azure AI) are a strong plus.
