As the Brand Lead, you will be the strategic orchestrator and creative sparkplug of our integrated marketing efforts for our next-generation RPG targeting Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and female players in VN and SEA markets. You will lead the development and execution of cohesive marketing campaigns across all channels, fueled by bold and innovative "Big Ideas" that capture the imagination of our target audience and drive significant brand growth and player acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- IMC Strategy & Big Ideas:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IMC strategy that aligns with business objectives, leverages the strengths of different marketing channels, and resonates with the target audience.
Champion a culture of creativity and innovation, fostering an environment where "Big Ideas" can flourish and be translated into impactful marketing campaigns.
Lead brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops to generate breakthrough concepts that capture the attention of Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and female gamers.
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions.
Define clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts impacting Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and female gamers in VN and SEA.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including online and offline activations, PR, social media, influencer marketing, events, and partnerships.
Ensure that each campaign is anchored by a strong "Big Idea" that drives creative execution and resonates with the target audience.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including key visuals, messaging, and brand storytelling, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, creative, UA, content, community) to ensure seamless campaign integration and achieve shared objectives.
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Content Strategy & Alignment:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for content development, ensuring alignment with the overall IMC strategy and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the Content Lead to create compelling and culturally relevant content that resonates with the target audience across different channels.
Review and approve key content pieces, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Provide guidance, feedback, and development opportunities for team members.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency in marketing initiatives.

- 3+ years of experience in IMC/Brand planning and execution, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and execute "Big Ideas" that translate into successful marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
