Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and monitor brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market positioning
• Manage social media platforms (content creation, audience engagement, and campaign execution) to increase brand awareness and drive traffic
• Work with influencers, KOLs, and affiliate partners to amplify reach and strengthen community engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to create compelling, on-brand content and campaigns
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities
• Analyze campaign results and marketing data to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements
• Support the rollout of product launches, promotional events, and brand activations
• Ensure brand consistency across all touch-points and platforms
• Participate in cross-border collaboration, aligning strategies and campaigns with regional teams

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field, preferably in FMCG or health-related industries
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and brand communication
• Proven experience in managing social media channels and content strategy
• Excellent skills in communication, storytelling, and visual branding
• Experience working with influencers/KOLs and affiliate networks
• Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically
• A self-starter who thrives both independently and within teams
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with the health and FMCG industry is a strong advantage
