REQUIREMENTS:
Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in brand marketing roles (with 2+ years in a leadership/managerial position).
Ideally from creative, publishing, FMCG, or lifestyle/retail industries.
Strategic thinking with a strong pulse on market and cultural trends.
Experience with cross-platform storytelling and community engagement.
Strong creative instincts and visual taste - you know what feels right and can brief/design accordingly.
Great communicator - persuasive, empathetic, and clear across teams and channels.
Confident in setting goals, managing timelines, and keeping everyone aligned.
Leadership that uplifts - you help your team grow, feel heard, and do their best work.
