This role is responsible for both strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive Clé de Peau Beauté brand’s online shop on Brand.com and develop content marketing on digital platforms. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building plans as they are executing daily operations and optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand presence and sales
- Developing and implementing the brand’s e-commerce activities and strategies
- Developing and enhance brand’s strategy to drive online content
- Monitoring and analyzing sales trends to identify new opportunities and challenges
- Managing product listings, including writing product descriptions, updating pricing information, and managing inventory
- Handling online marketing efforts: Monitor social media and Google Analytics, optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
- Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
- Testing website functionality and improving user interface and experience
- Resolving any issues related to website performance, functionality, and customer experience
- Collaborating with other teams (E-Commerce, Design, IT, ect.) to develop online content plan & promotional campaigns.
- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content plan is on board
- Coordinating with CRM to handle customer inquiries and resolve e-commerce-related issues
- Staying up-to-date with technological advancements and e-commerce trends (SFCC, Omnichannels, etc.)
- Coordinating with online Affiliates, KOLs to drive traffic engagement and ROI
Operation
- Execute across key platforms (SFCC, UX/UI, Google, Meta, etc.) in collaboration with agencies or internal teams.
- In charge of brand communication materials (copywrite, website content, layout design, etc) to be aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure day-to-day operations of Brand.com, including campaign uploads, product listing, pricing update, promotional setup, inventory checks, sales, order status, and user journey.
- Monitor real-time performance, identifying issues (e.g., traffic drop, conversion issues) and reacting quickly with solutions.
Reporting:
- Provide monthly and ad-hoc reports on Brand.com, Social media channel, Website performance , and media campaign results.
- Deliver actionable insights with a clear focus on traffic, sales conversion, ROAS, and retention metrics.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce / Digital Marketing, ideally with Brand.com ownership.
- Strong experience in performance marketing (Google, Meta, Affiliate) and media operations.
- Solid understanding of website UX, funnel optimization, and e-commerce KPIs (CR, AOV, CLTV, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with platforms like SFCC
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple projects at once.
- Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
