Job Summary
This role supports the company’s branding and communication initiatives across traditional and digital platforms. The Senior Executive will develop and lead execution of brand and communication initiatives including event execution, digital marketing development, and corporate communications based on understanding the company’s strategy.
Responsibilities
- Execute and enhance brand communications in alignment with regional and local strategies
- Lead planning and execution of events and digital marketing to support branding efforts
- Proactively address high potential audience with the right message through efficient distribution channels
- Plan and deliver consistent messaging across media and digital touchpoints with increase earned media year on year, working closely with Brand Communication Lead, local PR firm, and advertising agency
- Strengthen relationships with key media contacts and other business stakeholders, such as influencers, OE partners, dealers, experts...
- Monitor brand health in the media and promptly take necessary actions if any potential crisis arises
- Be responsible for reviewing all Displays and POP design items produced within Bridgestone by other departments to ensure consistency in Bridgestone brand identity
- Monitor & manage agency performance in terms of event, PR, digital
- Follow up paperwork task if required
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Journalism, or a Related Field
- Soft Skills and Other Requirements
- Passionate to build up the company brand image in line with the company’s strategy
- Effective communicator and team player
- Strong English proficiency preferred (e.g. TOEIC 800+ / IELTS 6.5+ / TOEFL iBT 94+)
- Open to business travel if necessary
- Able to work under high pressure
- Ability to use design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva, etc.) is an advantage.
- Having experience in automotive industry is an advantage
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications roles
- Solid understanding of audience on mass/ specific and segmentation communication.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand campaigns, and event organizing
- Excellent writing skills, experienced in working & managing the agency both ATL & BTL.
- Good relationship & network with Press, Agency and External Supporters
- Experienced in leading the crisis management, risk management.
