- Support the business analysis team in gathering and analyzing data from internal and external sources.
- Assist in documenting business requirements, user stories, process maps, and workflows.
- Participate in meetings and workshops with stakeholders; prepare meeting notes and follow-up actions.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data visualization or query tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
