Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery:

• Collect customer requirements, business workflow/process, business logic by organizing workshops and deep-dive sessions.
• Analyze the requirements and produce the requirement document, specification, … using pre-defined templates.
• Document and maintain required materials to ensure the alignment between customer requirements and development team.
• Participate in the document review process and take required corrective action to ensure the requirement documents aligned with customer requirements.
• Work with Technical Lead to build the solution design/technical design.
• Transfer the requirements to development team for functional design and coding.
• Bridge any gaps in requirement understanding between customer and technical/development team.
• Support technical and QA team for bug fixing
• Take lead and responsible for the quality and delivery of the requirement document and requirement analysis works.
• Support Project Manager to identify out of scope item
  

Delivery Process Improvement and Optimization:

• Support the company to improve the delivery process.

Capabilities and competencies build:

• Achieve mandatory certificates as agreed and aligned with company core competency plan.
• Attend the mandatory training programs for personal skill development.
• Provide coaching to junior BAs to improve their skills

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience with banking or financial services domain
• Capabilities to design business process, business workflow, data flow following BPMN standards using various tools such as Visio, Camunda Modeler
• Knowledge and hands on experience of SQL query on RDBMS like Oracle.
• Good understanding and experience with Agile methodology, software development lifecycle.
• Hands on experience of project management tools (Jira Software and Confluence)
• Proven analytical skills, data visualization.
• Soft skills: problem solving, communication and presentation.
