- Design service information architecture and UI screens.
- Maintain high-quality service by effectively communicating with business departments and ensure their feedback is well-integrated into the service.
- Continuously update and maintain service-related documentation
- Collaborate on projects and provide support todesign and development team.

Required
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in product or service planning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English both writing and conversation.
- Experience in planning and operating web service.
- Ability to implement service plans with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Enjoys learning and acquiring about new domain knowledge.
Preference
- Proficient in using Figma effectively.
- Strong collaboration skill with developers and various departments
- Excellent proposal and planning documentation skill
